Josh and Jessica are extremely personable as well as professional. We see them every year for our insurance checkup. "When I say that small acts of kindness go a long way, I truly mean it. I was in a terrible car accident in 2023 with my 3yo at the time, with the at-fault driver being insured with State Farm. Since then, communication throughout the entire process has been more than hectic.
